Pre-Trip

The Trip

GRA staff will be on-site, both in advance and during the program, ensuring that everything for your program is in order and functioning smoothly, assuring an unforgettable travel experience for you and your customers. We will provide a private hospitality desk, staffed by GRA as well as representatives from the local DMC, to answer questions, make reservations, arrange optional tours, and handle any issues you or your customers may have.
Post-Trip
PROGRAM FINANCIAL RECONCILIATION + REVIEW / FEEDBACK / SURVEYS
At the conclusion of your program, we will meet and discuss the final expenditure reconciliation. We will assure how this travel initiative impacted the relationships between your customers and your company.
